We use the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, meaning that the displayed prices include applicable charges, including the 23% value-added tax (VAT) applicable in Poland and relevant customs duties.

Returns and Exchanges

After receiving an order, customers may request a return or exchange within 21 days, subject to the conditions set out in the relevant store policy.
