Once an order has been successfully placed and paid for, the verification and preparation process begins.

5. Shipping Policy

The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days, while the estimated delivery time after shipment is 3–5 business days.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled within 48 hours of being placed. After this period, or once the shipment has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.

7. Return and Exchange Policy

A return or exchange request may be submitted within 21 days of receiving the product, provided the applicable conditions are met.

8. Refund Policy

Once a refund request has been approved, the funds will be returned to the card used for the original payment, including Visa or MasterCard.

The estimated processing time is 7 business days. If the refund has not appeared within this period, please contact us.

If a dispute arises, we aim to resolve it through mutual communication.

We comply with the laws applicable in Poland, including the requirements for personal data protection under the GDPR. We reserve the right to update this policy and publish revised versions.
